Every company that joins our program will have their own personal Appreciation Marketing Management page where they can quickly manage their address book. These will be the current customers/prospects in your Appreciation Management Program. You can add or replace customers/prospects at any time. Make sure your address book is current at least one week before your next card is scheduled to be sent.
Getting set up in the program requires a couple of steps.
1. After signing up, there will be a consultation (phone or email) to set up the initial message(s) that will be sent to your customer list. During the consultation, you choose an card front(s) that you like. These can be changed in the future. The text on the card front can be modified to reflect your message. Click here to see custom card fronts that KC Imagemakers offers. We will continue to add new card fronts, so check back often. If you do not find a card front that you like, tell us what you are looking for, and we will design the card front for you.
2. If you want your signature to be used in your card, you will need to provide the signature for us on a clean white background, so that we can scan it in our system. Also if you want your business card to be added to the inside of your card, you will need to provide us one so we may also scan that into our system.
3. We will have another consultation in early October to plan your Christmas/Holiday card. KC Imagemakers will design your card and email you a .pdf proof for approval.
Each of your customers/prospects in the Appreciation Marketing Managament Program will receive a Christmas/Holiday card. If you have others that you would like to send a card, you can purchase additional holiday cards at the low rate of $1.15 each plus postage. This is the lowest rate that we offer in our Christmas/Holiday Card Program. We will need the contact information for the additional customers in an Excel .csv format.
4. After our consultation on your bi-monthly or quarterly cards, you have the flexibility of changing your message. Things change in your business, and this program is a great way to let your key customers know about those changes. Simply contact us if your upcoming card(s) need changing.
